About NOVA

NOVA Wealth is a fast-growing start-up looking to change the face of financial advice and the way it's delivered in the UK. We firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship, however by leveraging technology we can empower our advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day-to-day admin that gets in the way.

At our core, we're here to build a game-changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people. Through customer-centric advisers supported by our innovative Lifeline technology, we empower our customers to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.

About the role

Operations is the engine of our business and plays a critical role in our customers' experience. In this role, you will play an important role right at the start of a customer's relationship with us, working with them and their other financial providers to collect the vital information we need about their accounts to start our analysis. You will also own preparation for their annual review check-in meetings.

As you develop knowledge of our and other providers' processes, you will be able to help develop and implement new, more efficient processes that will speed up our onboarding journey and create a better experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Onboarding & Data Gathering: Gather key personal/financial information from clients and other financial providers
  • Annual Review Prep: Ownership of preparing data/information for client check-in meetings
  • Process Innovation: Build a deep understanding of workflows to identify bottlenecks and help design faster, smarter, tech-enabled onboarding experiences
  • Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain immaculate records across our internal platforms and systems
  • Client & Team Support: Serve as a point of contact for operational queries from both clients and our team
  • Compliance & Excellence: Learn key FCA regulatory requirements to ensure all operational tasks remain compliant
  • Culture & Environment: Help maintain an organized, welcoming office space at Farringdon Street and act as a culture ambassador within our growing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
