Position: Operations (Stockroom) Manager – NEW STORE OPENING SEPT
Location: Trafford Centre, Manchester
Salary: £32,000 PLUS BONUS
Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to optimising inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of the brand and visual standards in the store. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
- Driving sales and profitability but operating a well organised environment
- Keep the stockroom organized and running smoothly.
- Manage deliveries, replenishment, and E-commerce order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and execute markdowns efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually on point.
- Uphold brand and operational standards at all times.
- Look for ways to improve stock flow, sales, and customer experience.

About You:
- Min 1 years Operations Manager experience, preferably from a HS fashion background
- Managed a high turnover operation before
- Understands the success of the shopfloor is entrancingly linked to the stockroom
- Tech savvy – RFID experience preferred but not essential
- Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
- Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual
- Highly organised
