Handle Recruitment is looking for a highly organised and driven Operations Strategy Analyst to provide analytical and project support to the Operations Strategy team at our client's growing sports business.

£35,000 to £40,000 based on experience
London Based | Hybrid - 3 Days In Office

The Client

Our client is not your typical sports organisation. They are a global sports business, co-owned by professional athletes, with a mission to celebrate and elevate triathlon like never before.

2026 marks an exciting new chapter. Following the acquisition of Challenge Family and a strategic partnership with World Triathlon, they are expanding their global reach and creating a more connected future for the sport.

Looking ahead to 2027, the organisation is focused on delivering an even bigger global event portfolio, elevating the athlete and fan experience, and establishing triathlon as a truly global sports and entertainment property.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, high-energy and values-driven team, with leadership talent from UFC, RFU, Uber, Meta, ATP and Formula 1, all passionate about building something extraordinary.

The Role

You'll dive deep into data, identify bottlenecks and help turn high-level strategy into actionable, day-to-day improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data to understand the "why" behind the "what".

You'll contribute to ambitious, industry-defining projects, learn through experimentation and help shape the future of triathlon within a fast-paced, growing organisation. Reporting to the Business Strategy Associate, the role is based at our client's London HQ.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
