⭐ STUDIO & OPERATIONS MANAGER | CREATIVE / HEALTHCARE AGENCY ⭐

Join an established and growing creative agency as they recruit a Studio & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business.

🏢 The Company & Role

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced agency working across creative and healthcare communications for ambitious clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Studio & Operations Manager to bring greater structure, organisation and visibility across the agency. This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and being at the centre of how a business operates. You will work closely with senior leadership and the wider agency team, overseeing studio operations, resource planning, people administration and internal processes. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a growing environment where not everything is already formalised and who wants the opportunity to help shape how the business operates as it continues to develop.

👩 💼 Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring everything runs efficiently and proactively
  • Oversee studio capacity, workload and resource planning across client projects
  • Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers, ensuring the right resource is in place when needed
  • Review and improve operational processes, introducing practical systems and ways of working as the business grows
  • Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers, technology and workplace requirements
  • Support people operations including onboarding, holidays, sickness, HR administration and recruitment coordination
  • Work closely with senior leadership on business planning, operational projects and wider initiatives
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events and key agency activities, helping to create a well-organised and collaborative working environment

📋 Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Studio Manager, Operations Manager or Business Operations role within a creative, marketing, design or professional services environment
  • Experience overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy studio, agency or project-based business
  • Strong experience in resource planning, workload management and coordinating teams
  • A track record of improving processes and introducing greater structure and efficiency
  • Previous HR administration experience and confidence managing employee administration
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • A self-starter who is calm under pressure, highly organised and comfortable taking ownership
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of a business
