This new role is central to the successful operation of the company.
You'll sit at the centre of the agency to ensure the business operates efficiently every day. You'll oversee studio operations, resource planning, operational processes, people administration, and the day-to-day coordination that enables our teams to do their best work. You'll quickly become the person who knows what's happening across the business.
