Operations Supervisor
BMI Engineering – Halesowen
£30,000 per year
BMI Engineering are looking for a friendly and reliable Operations Supervisor to join our team in Halesowen.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the site. We are looking for someone organised, proactive, and willing to get involved in all areas of operations.

- Assisting the Operations Manager with daily site management
- Handling paperwork and general administration duties
- Dealing with customers, deliveries, and collections
- General IT and system usage
- Picking, preparing, and wrapping pallets for collection
- Supporting warehouse and operational activities as required
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Forklift and picking experience required
- Valid forklift certificate essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using IT systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
