Operations Supervisor
£13.50 per hour
Full Time – up to 48 hours per week, 5 days per week over 7 days
Weekend work involved
Full Time – up to 48 hours per week, 4 days per week over 7 days

Location: West Quay Road, Southampton SO15 1GY
There is ample parking onsite. Southampton Central and both (BS) and (BG) West Quay Bus Stops are a ten minute walk to us.
About the Role
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing delivery and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team. You will be a key contact to both our customers and partners.
Heavy lifting, handling and carrying of products is part of this role and you will be required to support loading vehicles as and when needed.

About You
- Common sense and a can-do attitude
- Experience of planning routes (HDX, Paragon or similar)
- Good level of IT proficiency
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reasonable knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
- Confident with dealing with customer queries
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Due to the required heavy lifting you will need to have a good level of fitness however there is appropriate equipment to assist when required.
A driving licence is not required for this role but if you do have one, then we may, when needed require you to drive on behalf of the business. So we will need you to submit or share a Driving Licence Check.

Interviews will be conducted by the Site Operations Manager, and will include general questions about your experience, some competency and scenario questions and time with your potential new team.
