About The Role
Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including our Out of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS). This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of services, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centred care is delivered at all times.
You will lead, support, and develop operational teams, including remote colleagues, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and continuous professional development. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will monitor service delivery, rota performance, and workforce planning to ensure business needs, service demand, and National Quality Requirements (NQRs) are consistently met.

The role is focused on driving operational excellence through quality assurance, audits, service improvement initiatives, and effective resource management. You will take ownership of performance metrics, support business continuity planning, manage operational risks, and help shape the ongoing development of our urgent care services.
