Operations & Supply Chain Team Lead
Remote (UK)
Reports to: Head of Supply Chain
About YardLink
YardLink is the digital procurement platform built for construction. Our platform connects contractors with a nationwide network of vetted suppliers, so sourcing equipment and waste management services is simple. No more fragmented supply chains. No more admin burden. No more spiralling project costs. Just time saved, full visibility and lower costs, backed by an experienced Operations team.
We're people-led, through and through. We build trust through honesty. We own our mistakes as much as our wins. We stay bold and curious about doing things better, for customers and suppliers alike. And we're a fast-growing scale-up, so expect pace, ownership and the odd sleeves-rolled-up moment.
The role
This is a mid to senior level role, reporting into senior leadership within our Supply Chain team. You'll own the strategic developments that drive gross profit across Operations and Supply Chain, while staying close enough to the day-to-day to be the point of escalation the business relies on.
What you'll do
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
