About The Role…
As an Operations Support Administrator at Ipsum, you'll provide key support services and ensure compliance across our operational business units, working as part of the Group Operational Support Team to help drive efficiency and maintain high standards.

- Booking internal and external training for employees and recording on company systems
- Issuing tools, equipment and PPE to operatives and/or recording on company systems, and organising/recording renewal/recalibration of such items
- Entering audit and inspection report data onto company systems as required
- Arranging purchase orders if required to support own and business activities
- Actioning shared-service requests from business users (for example, but not limited to, centralised Hotel Bookings)
- General administrative duties, as required to support the delivery of own role and own departmental services
- Scanning, printing, and uploading of training, identity and authorisation documents
- General up-keep of business and team documentation
- Maintaining database information on Ipsum’s systems and portals
- Supporting colleagues in the Operations Support team as required
- Undertaking own personal development to develop in the role
About You…
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and confident communicating across phone, email, and Teams. With admin experience and a strong customer focus, you stay calm under pressure and take pride in making improvements. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and SharePoint knowledge

- 5 GCSE’s Grade 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience within in a supporting role in a safety-critical environment would be beneficial
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire and personal pride to make improvements
- Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
- An ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience of SharePoint for document storage would be advantageous
