£17,304 per annum plus additional benefits. 24 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am-2.30pm with flexibility for change). Location: Home-based with occasional travel to Magna offices. Fixed Term role for 9-10 months (maternity cover) Closing date for applications: 09/10/26 (Midday) Estimated start date 16th November 2026

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and proactive Operations Support Administrator to join our team of Housing professionals. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues who are dedicated to excellent customer service and maintain our company’s core values and standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative support to ensure data is processed efficiently, accurately, and reliably. Our main goal is to handle all customer interactions swiftly and effectively, making sure each contact results in an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support, to enable the team to process data efficiently, accurately and reliably.
  • Provide general admin support for letter sending and appointment/diary management.
  • Ensure all customer contact is managed and responded to by yourself or the relevant team member.
  • Working as a team multiskilling across the department to support other team members where needed.
  • Saving and processing various team’s certification, alerting the team member responsible to any further action required.
  • Assist with meeting minutes and assist with the smooth transition of any AI software to achieve this automatically.
  • Other data gathering, management and processing projects that may arise.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, great with working remotely (working from home) as well as in a team.
  • Happy to engage with all areas of the business to achieve a one team approach.
  • A good eye for detail, providing care and attention when handling data.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities when seeking assistance and collaborating with various departments within the organisation.
  • Efficient time management, managing your own time to ensure that all work is prioritised accordingly and managed within the respective timelines.
  • Good use of excel and data management.
