Operations Support Analyst
Leeds / Hybrid

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Support Analyst to join our Billing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, analysing data, solving technical issues, and ensuring business systems operate effectively.
In this role, you'll support and maintain our OneStop software platform, which monitors customer photocopier and print devices across multiple sites. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and ensure devices remain operational and fully supported.
This position would suit someone with experience in customer support, technical support, service operations, data analysis, or systems administration who enjoys combining technology, data, and customer interaction.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring customer devices and software platforms to ensure smooth operation
- Analysing device and usage data to identify trends, issues, and cost-saving opportunities
- Producing reports and billing documentation to support customer invoicing
- Working directly with customers to investigate and resolve software-related queries
- Supporting customers with software installation, configuration, and updates
- Collaborating with service, billing, and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Supporting the timely delivery of consumables through effective monitoring of customer devices
- Promoting additional services that could benefit customers and enhance their solutions

What we're looking for
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- The confidence to ask questions, investigate issues, and explain solutions clearly
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
