Job Title
Responsibilities
- Assist with reporting AXA XL insured vehicle data to state DMVs per state regulatory requirements and resolution of any data quality issues or vehicle registration suspensions due to insurance reporting.
- Assist with processing Motor Carrier Filing requests with state and Federal bureaus per requests from internal business customers.
- Assist with processing Auto ID cards per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
- Assist with processing Workers’ Compensation Posting Notices per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
- Assist with preparation and mailing of policy notices and loss runs for supported internal business customers.

Requirements
- Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Outstanding organization skills.
- Proven efficiency in ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Display effective customer relation skills, as well as being results driven.

Base Salary
The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 52,000 – 70,400. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location.
