Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for a varied role where you can make a real difference? Gillespie Recruitment are recruiting an Operations Support Assistant on behalf of a well-established organisation supporting individuals on their self-employment journey through advice, guidance and business start-up workshops.
As an Operations Support Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting advisers, coordinating workshops and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, web enquiries and face-to-face visits
- Support individuals interested in becoming self-employed
- Coordinate business start-up workshops and schedules
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
- Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams
- Assist with funding claim documentation and reporting
- Provide administrative support to Business Advisers and management
- Ensure information and website content remains accurate and up to date

About You
- Previous experience in an administration, office support or customer service role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of business support or start-up environments is desirable
