Summary

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication and problem-solving make a real difference? We are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Centre Coordinator to be based in Stevenage, working on a programme of works to deliver future information and communication technology services across a national estate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a support centre role working to SLA's and resource scheduling.

The role requires security clearance therefore is beneficial to already hold security clearance, but not essential as we can support you through this process.

Key Deliverables

As our Operations Support Centre Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide the single point of contact for resource, scheduling, change control and general information for all matrix and planned work instructed by the customer.
  • Validate the initial work request, and allocate the appropriate group(s) for action, maintaining accurate status on NG Baileys Management System.
  • Proactively seek closure and completion of each order in line with the associated Service level agreements (SLA’s).
  • Ensure all change requests raised during the implementation are validated and agreed with relevant parties before commencement of additional work.

What We’re Looking For

We're interested in candidates who are organised, customer-focused and enjoy coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. You'll ideally have:

  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Good customer service
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role
  • Experience of resource scheduling
  • Good understanding of geographical areas
  • Ability to work in a team environment

It would be great if you also have:

  • Existing Security Clearance (although we can support the successful candidate through the clearance process).
  • Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Previous service desk or operational support experience.
  • Experience using electronic software for service desk support.
