Made For Trade Windows Ltd is one of Scotland's fastest-growing manufacturers of high-quality PVCu and aluminium windows and doors. Operating from our modern manufacturing facility in Glasgow, we supply trade customers across Scotland with products renowned for their quality, reliability, and service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our Operations Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in our day-to-day operations, working closely with our Operations Director, Production, Dispatch, and Customer Services teams to help ensure our customers receive the high levels of service we're known for. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping our business operate efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating customer deliveries and communications.
  • Supporting Production and Dispatch with delivery scheduling.
  • Administering and monitoring our Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system.
  • Maintaining accurate operational records and business data.
  • Supporting fleet compliance, including vehicle servicing, MOT scheduling, and tachograph administration.
  • Producing operational reports, including production, environmental, and waste data.
  • Providing administrative support across the Operations Team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of their work.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Quick to learn new IT systems.
  • A positive team player who enjoys working across different departments.

Previous experience in an operations, administration, or customer service role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
