Operations Support Data Analyst
Location: Remote, but travel will be required within the role to our stations across the UK.
Reporting to: Senior Operations Support Manager – Insight & Forecasting
We're seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst to join our Performance & Planning team. You'll be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, supporting global reporting standards, and delivering high-quality performance reporting that drives operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Validate data across operational systems, including Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL, and Power BI.
- Support system administration, DCM compliance, and month-end reporting.
- Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor regional KPIs and ensure alignment with global reporting standards.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain reporting documentation and provide support for audits, station start-ups, and training as required.

About You
You'll have:
- Operational experience within the aviation industry (essential).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing operational data.
- Power BI experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
Desirable: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and experience supporting system implementations or reporting projects.
