Pay Range
- Salary: £30,000 per annum + up to £500 quarterly bonus (£2,000 per year)

- Location: Manchester (Hybrid working, with 5 office days across a 2-week period)
- Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent

About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Support Manager to help keep our business running smoothly. This is a varied role, combining client implementations, project coordination, reporting and process improvement, while working closely with teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating operational projects and business initiatives
- Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Managing implementation timelines and keeping projects on track
- Producing reports, presentations and management information
- Supporting compliance, audit and quality activities
- Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Working closely with teams across operations, sales, technology and client services
What We're Looking For
This role could suit someone with a background in:
- Executive Assistant (EA)
- Personal Assistant (PA)
- Project Coordination
- Operations Coordination
- Business Support
- PMO, Project Support or Project Administration
Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or another service-led environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
