Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Operations Development Manager to join our team in Bradford, supporting our customer, M&S.
About the Role
As an Operations Development Manager you will lead the CI, MI, Systems and Planning teams, working closely with the site operational teams to implement new initiatives and delivering projects in full and on time, while having the ability to clearly relay the impact, both benefits and risks to both the site teams and the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure planning, MI & CI departments are aligned, to have a clear plan underpinned by the site labour strategy and CI plan
- Lead, coach and develop the teams; responsible for all people processes during the lifecycle of an employee including T&A management, recruitment & selection, appraisal and talent
- To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities
- Promote a culture of CI by engaging with the site team to drive idea generation

Job Requirements
- Experience of working with JDA and WLM is desirable
- Customer Oriented and commercially aware, with a sound knowledge of KPI management
- Full understanding of warehouse operations, ability to interpret operational data
- Understanding of panning principles in a food environment

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
