Role: Oracle Procurement Operations Support

Location: London, UK (3 days per week in the office)

Contract: 6 months

IR35: Inside


Role Overview:

Looking for an Oracle Procurement Operations Support professional with hands-on Oracle Procurement (PPM) experience. The role focuses on workflow management, ticket/query resolution, process documentation, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement. Strong communication, attention to detail, and operational support experience are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes, responding to colleague and supplier queries, and progressing incidents through to resolution
  • Manage and track workflow activities, ensuring requests are processed accurately and in line with agreed procedures
  • Review and interpret business process and system documentation, identifying gaps, risks, or issues, and escalating appropriately
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, applying judgment within defined support models and engaging SMEs where required
  • Translate complex end-to-end processes into clear documented workflows, guidance materials, and knowledge articles
  • Support knowledge transfer activities to build capability and consistency across the team
  • Contribute to testing, process improvement, and service enhancement activities to improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Maintain a strong customer service focus while ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and operational reliability

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Procurement (PPM) and associated procurement processes
  • Experience supporting operational workflows, query resolution, and ticket management
  • Ability to analyse business processes and system documentation and identify improvement opportunities
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a defined operating model
  • Experience operating in a support, service delivery, or business operations environment

Desirable:

  • PA 23 Knowledge
  • Public sector experience
