Using advanced materials and manufacturing techniques, Hiplok creates products that address real-world challenges faced by riders, including the Hiplok 1000 Series anti-angle grinder security system. Every product undergoes rigorous testing with realistic attack methods to ensure maximum strength and performance.

Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time role within a highly innovative, fast-paced, and fast-growing bicycle and outdoor lifestyle security company, Hiplok. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support across customer service, warehouse operations, Amazon account management, and key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely picking and packing of orders.
- Assisting in the timely dispatch of Direct-to-Consumer and Business to Business orders to ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
- Providing exceptional customer service through the live chat function on Hiplok.com, resolving customer issues efficiently and maintaining a positive brand experience.
- Taking ownership of Hiplok’s replacement key service, maintaining stock-levels, processing customer orders, and managing the in-house key-cutting process.
- Overseeing Hiplok’s global Amazon partners and approved reseller network. Ensuring the success of the Transparency program to protect the Hiplok brand.
- Managing the ongoing relationship between Hiplok and the company’s chosen charity, Cyclists Fighting Cancer, ensuring a strong collaboration and team engagement.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate:
- Organisational skills and composure in a time-pressured environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, suppliers, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
- A process-driven and innovative approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Comfort with basic office software, spreadsheets, and inventory or order management systems is advantageous.
- An interest in cycling and/or motorcycles would be a plus.
Hours/Location/Salary
- 4 hours per day Monday - Friday 9.00am-1.00pm (some flexibility possible here if required).
- Split location - Based at Southam Fulfillment Centre (CV47) 3 days per week & Leamington Spa HQ (CV31) 2 days per week.
- Salary - £13.75 per hour.
