Operations Support Professional
Location: Dedham
Type: Full-Time
OPERATIONS SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
This position is based out of TILL's Administrative Office located in Dedham, MA.
Responsibilities
- Covering the reception desk as needed; answering the phone and welcoming visitors.
- Scheduling tests for TILL’s medication administration students and setting up the testing space.
- Maintaining office supply inventory by placing orders.
- Maintaining office equipment including copiers by troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Updating forms and policies.
- Utilizing computer software to create presentations, manuals, signs, flyers, invitations and reports.
- Performing routine data entry work.
- Assist in planning events.

Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including a working knowledge of office productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Efficiency with Canva or Adobe a plus.
- Necessary skills include the ability to communicate effectively with the public as well as other staff members.
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize tasks for efficient and timely completion.
