Job Opportunity: Experienced Officer
MAN Commercial Protection is seeking an experienced Officer to support our Contract Manager across the Midlands region.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide reliable support to the Contract Manager at various sites, covering 60 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including weekend work and duty management rotation.
Payrate
£14.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable support to the Contract Manager.
- Be confident in leading and supporting existing staff.
- Act as a team player.
- Write reports, assignments, instructions, and site processes.
- Train other security personnel.
- Communicate effectively with Management, Control Room, and clients.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- A valid SIA Licence.
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- A full, checkable 5-year work history.
- Strong computer skills.
- Flexibility regarding travel and shifts.
- Be well-presented, reliable, security-conscious, and have good interpersonal skills.
- Have a good understanding of English and strong communication skills.
