Operations Team Member
Location: Eaglescliffe
Salary: £32,260
Hours: 40 hours per week, No Saturdays
Shift Pattern: 3 week rotation, 12 hrs per shift (6-6) including days / nights

Marshalls Landscaping delivers innovative hard landscaping solutions for projects across the UK, from city centre transformations and public realm schemes to housing developments and community spaces. Combining outstanding design, quality and sustainability, our market-leading range of paving, kerbs, edgings and street furniture helps create places where people live, work and connect. We're now looking for an Operations Team Member to join our Manufacturing team at Eaglescliffe.
So, what's the mission?
You’ll be part of the team making our well-known Marshalls paving and kerbing products in the Wet Press area. The role involves hands-on work, including lifting and moving materials, and using tools, machinery, and equipment to get the job done. Safety and quality are always our top priority, and you’ll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Mon/Tues Days, Thurs/Fri Nights
- Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri Days
- Week 3: Mon/Tues/Wed Nights
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- FLT experience preferred but not essential
- The role requires the ability to safely carry out tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Team player with attention to detail
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- Good level of English, oral and written
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
