Are you an experienced team leader looking for your next challenge in a fast-growing healthcare organisation? Do you thrive in a role where you can lead people, improve processes, and make a real difference to patient experience?

We’re looking for an Operations Team Supervisor to join our dynamic Hub team, supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services across NHS contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving team performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

As an Operations Team Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of our NHS Administration Teams, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong patient-first focus. You’ll work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders to ensure the team is well-supported, motivated, and consistently delivering against targets.

This is a fully remote role, working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis. It offers the flexibility of home working alongside the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment focused on growth and development, with the chance to shape processes and influence how services are delivered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
