Operations Technician Apprentice
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Technician Apprentice to join our team in Slough, United Kingdom. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and technical support while developing valuable skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of our technical department
- Learn and apply basic technical knowledge to support various operational processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and systems
- Collect and analyse data to help improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Support the implementation of new technologies and processes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in computer applications and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to pursue relevant certifications in the field
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
