About the Role
Our Apprenticeship programmes have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their career on our apprenticeship programmes.
What You Will Do
This Level 2 apprenticeship programme is designed to develop you over 2 years to reach a nationally recognised qualification in Lean Manufacturing. On completion of the course, you will be invited to apply for a permanent position within the business.
As it is shift based, you will need to be 18 years old by the start date.
The attractive shift pattern allows you to work four 12 hour shifts (two days and two nights) followed by four days off with longer shift breaks of 18 days several times and year.

We keep our list of requirements short, but there are a few that you will need:
- You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications at standard grade C/grade 5 or above, including Maths and English
- T-Level or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering highly desirable
- You will be willing to learn and take a positive approach to problem solving
- You will have the ability to be flexible and manage time effectively
- You will have great attention to detail
- You will be a team player
