*** Operations Trainer - 10 weeks - Hybrid / various locations across UK ***

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an Operations/Logistics Trainer to join them on a 10 weeks training project.

Start: 1st September.

Duration: 10 weeks.

Location: Various - 3 days per week onsite (expenses paid), 2 days per week remote. First 4 weeks in Cannock.

The first 4 weeks will be a Train-the-Trainer course ensuring that you are familiar with the training material you will be delivering. The following 6 weeks will be delivering the actual training. The organisation is rolling out IFS alongside a new Mobile Work Order Platform and updated Toughbook/tablet devices for its engineering workforce. The project will impact approximately 500 engineers across the UK.

Specific skills/experience required:

  • 5+ years of experience as an operations/logistics/engineering trainer.
  • Excellent experience delivering training sessions in relation to large scale operations transformations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with IFS, Mobile Work Order platform and/or Toughbook/Tablet introduction projects is an advantage but not essential.
