Operations & Trainer Sourcing Associate - WFO

We are seeking a reliable Operations & Trainer Sourcing Associate. The role involves sourcing expert trainers and sourcing candidates for various technical and Non Technical domains and coordinating multiple operational tasks across international training programs.

A successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with a diverse skill set to support multiple business functions.

Trainer Sourcing & Coordination

  • Identify and acquire trainers for:
    • Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, DevOps, GCP
    • BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView
    • Full-Stack Technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS
    • Programming: Python
  • Engage and connect with freelance trainers through platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of trainers for upcoming training programs.
  • Organize discussions and schedule calls with SMEs for various IT programs.

Training Operations

  • Coordinate and manage international IT technical training programs outside India.
  • Support corporate training programs through trainer allocation, logistics, and communication.
  • Manage training requirements, session arrangements, attendee tracking, and documentation.
  • Ensure all training activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify and connect with potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, databases, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future organizational needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess skillsets, experience, and role suitability.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in operations role or Sourcing Role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, online platforms, Boolean search, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
