Lead a major operational transformation programme within one of the UK's largest infrastructure portfolios.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale, multi-year operational transformation programme across a complex national infrastructure estate.

We are looking for a senior transformation leader or consultant who has successfully delivered enterprise-wide operational transformation programmes within complex, asset-intensive environments.

The transformation focuses on fundamentally changing how the infrastructure estate is managed, including operational processes, supplier management, governance, asset data, access management and safety standards, creating a proactive, data-driven operating model that delivers long-term operational excellence.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and deliver a strategic transformation programme that moves the organisation to a fully integrated operating model. You will work across executive leadership, operational teams, suppliers, customers and regulatory stakeholders to drive lasting change across a nationwide, safety-critical estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
