Operations Transformation Director / Senior Transformation Consultant

Lead the transformation of one of the UK's largest infrastructure portfolios

This is an opportunity to shape the future of a nationally significant infrastructure estate.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Transformation Director or Senior Transformation Consultant to lead a major, multi-year transformation programme that will fundamentally change how a complex operational estate is managed. This is a strategic leadership role where you will define and deliver a new operating model that improves operational performance, governance, safety, supplier management and asset intelligence across a large, safety-critical environment.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive lasting organisational change, embedding modern ways of working that create a proactive, data-led operation capable of delivering long-term operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of an enterprise-wide operational transformation programme. You will work across executive teams, operational functions, suppliers, customers and regulatory stakeholders to align strategy with delivery and ensure sustainable business improvements are realised.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring exceptional programme leadership, stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at every level of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
