Ops Transformation Project Manager

Contract until 31 Aug 2027

Belfast based (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Role Purpose

The role will lead operational readiness, delivery planning, dependency management, governance, risk assessment, and migration execution activities as countries transition from the legacy Bank-in-a-Box platform into multiple target applications, operating models, controls, and reconciliation processes.

This position requires an individual who can operate independently across senior stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Risk, and Programme Management while driving successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream migrations.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Planning & Delivery

  • Drive detailed delivery planning across four country migrations.
  • Maintain Cross Operations plan factoring in Technology, Finance, Product and Programme dependencies and a significantly suppressed timeline; plus analysing status of jira developments.
  • Assess impacts of plan changes on operational readiness and delivery timelines.
  • Identify sequencing risks and propose mitigation and acceleration opportunities.
  • Track critical milestones, deliverables, dependencies and decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
