Operations & Warehouse Operative
We are looking for an Operations & Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse, stores, stock control, or operational support experience who enjoys combining practical warehouse responsibilities with administrative, compliance, and office-based duties.

As a vital part of our operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace while managing the flow of equipment, materials, and stock that keeps our field teams operating effectively. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, will help ensure every asset is accounted for, every delivery is processed accurately, and operational teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of office facilities and utilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assisting with Health & Safety, compliance, and legislative requirements across the workplace.
- Receiving, checking, and processing incoming deliveries, ensuring all goods are accurately recorded and stored.
- Managing warehouse stock and inventory, maintaining full traceability and accountability of equipment and materials.
- Issuing equipment, tools, and oil to operational teams against assigned job numbers.
- Monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to maintain stock records, track inventory, update reports, and support operational administration.
- Completing administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas organised, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Supporting wider warehouse and operational activities as required.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, inventory, logistics, or operational support environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing stock, inventory, or warehouse records.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and producing basic reports.
- Good understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
