Operations Weekend Lead

Department

Employment Type

Part Time

Location

Compensation

£15.00 / hour

Description

We are looking for two dedicated and reliable Operations Weekend Leads to join Stint HQ. The two Leads will alternate weekends and cover for one another when needed, ensuring there is clear ownership and dependable operational leadership every weekend. Alongside leading the weekend team, you will carry out key operational tasks to help ensure Stints are fulfilled across the weekend and into the following week, in line with priorities and direction set by the Operations Managers.

This is a part-time role with scope to work 3-4 days per week. Core Lead days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, followed by a short Monday log-on of approximately 2 hours to complete the handover to the weekday team. On weeks where you are not leading the weekend, you can work during the week and/or over the weekend depending on availability and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day operational tasks in line with priorities set by the Operations Managers, helping ensure Stints are fulfilled across the weekend and into the following week.
  • Learn the ins and outs of our recruitment and operations processes, building confidence in how we source, screen, and onboard Stinters.
  • Take the lead on alternate weekends as the main touchpoint for the weekend team, keeping communication clear, priorities organized, and delivery running smoothly.
  • Coordinate weekend activity, make decisions confidently, and ensure operational issues are actioned, escalated, or handed over appropriately.
  • Log on for approximately 2 hours on the Monday following your Lead weekend to complete a clear handover to the weekday team and ensure outstanding operational priorities are picked up.
  • Over time, step into broader ownership of live operational processes, helping improve how we run, fulfill, and support weekend delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
