🕒 Hours: 20 hours per week
📍 Location: Nuneaton
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations / Works Coordinator to join our growing team at JWS Coatings UK.
This is a key role within the business, helping to keep our quotations, upcoming projects and day-to-day works organised and running smoothly.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and keeping on top of the quotation workload
- Ensuring quotations are completed within required timescales
- Managing and maintaining the company works diary
- Making sure confirmed jobs are booked into the diary correctly
- Coordinating upcoming works, labour and site teams
- Ensuring the team has all the correct job information before attending site
- Checking upcoming jobs for missing information or potential scheduling issues
- Managing diary changes and reorganising works where required
- Keeping internal systems, job boards, trackers and CRM records accurate and up to date
- Helping keep projects organised from quotation through to works being completed

🙋♀️ We’re looking for someone who is:
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail
- Proactive and able to take ownership of their workload
- Confident managing multiple jobs and deadlines at once
- Good at prioritising and spotting things that need action
- Comfortable communicating with management and site teams
- Confident using email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems and diaries/scheduling systems

Experience within construction, coatings, facilities management, scheduling or a similar environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
