Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Operative to join our Indirect Procurement team at McLaren Racing. Supporting a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of procurement operations across the business.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will support purchase order creation, supplier onboarding, the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and a range of procurement activities that contribute to the success of McLaren Racing’s business functions. This role is based at the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) in Woking, Surrey and follows a hybrid working model.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day indirect procurement operations, including purchase order creation and P2P activities.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, supplier communications and the maintenance of procurement processes.
- Contribute to sourcing activities and support data analysis to inform procurement decisions.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and reporting in line with business and compliance requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners to help resolve issues and drive effective outcomes.
