Apply today to work as a Production Operative for our client, a leading pork processing facility based in Bugle, St Austell.
Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to join a range of production departments across the site. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with full training provided and opportunities to develop new skills.
Full-time and part-time positions are available between Monday and Friday.
The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid £21.00 per hour
The hours of work are: 3:15pm to 11:45pm
Students are welcome to apply.
Applicants must have their own transport to travel to the site.
Your Time at Work
As an Operative, you will play an important role in helping to produce high-quality pork products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working across a variety of production areas, your duties may include:
- Loading products into machinery and processing equipment
- Placing products onto racks and production lines
- Moving products through various production stages
- Packing and sealing products ready for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met
- Supporting production schedules and departmental targets
- Operating equipment safely and following site procedures
- Completing basic production records and paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
- Supporting continuous improvement activities across the department
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are achieved

The role involves working in a chilled food production environment.
Our Perfect Worker
