Shift Operator
Bramhall | Permanent | 24/7 Shift Pattern
Basic salary of £35,640.56 to £37,640.56
Plus £11,645.15 annual shift allowance
Outsource UK is proud to partner with Exolum, a global fuel storage and logistics business, to recruit an Operator to join their Bramhall site. Working as part of the site operations team, you will help ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, handling, and delivery of aviation fuel within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out safe terminal operations including pipeline receipts, tank transfers, and road tanker loading/unloading
- Complete product sampling and quality checks
- Maintain accurate operational and safety records
- Support permit control, gas testing, and equipment isolation checks
- Work closely with maintenance teams during shutdowns, maintenance, and recommissioning
- Participate in SHE audits and contribute to a strong site safety culture
- Ensure effective shift handovers and communication across the site

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience within an operational, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated environment
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and operational procedures (COMAH)
- Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern
