OPERATOR

OPERATIONS

Work as part of a production/manufacturing team running production lines and vessels to achieve optimum performance while maximizing health and safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity in line with business standards, policies, procedures, and best practice. Drive KPI achievement, production volume delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Operator, you play a critical role in operating production lines and vessels, delivering production targets, maintaining quality and GMP standards, supporting continuous improvement, performing changeovers and planned maintenance activities, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment.

You will be reporting to Supervisor, and you will manage:

1. Driving for Results:

  • Operate production lines and vessels.
  • Complete product changeovers and set-ups using relevant equipment and approved processes.
  • Support continuous improvement activities, projects, and root cause problem solving.
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Carry out planned maintenance tasks and effective shift handovers.

2. GMP Standards & Quality Compliance:

  • Promote high standards of health and safety, quality assurance, and hygiene.
  • Follow written work instructions and complete required GMP documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to 5S methodology and timely cleaning of equipment and work areas.
  • Interpret quality measures, react to non-compliance, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Take proactive action to avoid quality issues and support problem solving.

3. Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution:

  • Seek opportunities to learn new skills and support the development of team members.
  • Embrace improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements.
  • Understand and work toward departmental KPI targets.
  • Follow troubleshooting processes and participate in incident analysis and action planning.
  • Maintain knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a results-driven manufacturing professional with strong teamwork and operational discipline, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and committed to high standards.

  • Experience operating production lines and/or manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform product changeovers and equipment set-ups.
  • Understanding of GMP documentation requirements.
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work to KPI targets and production requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
