About the Role
As a Hygiene Operator at Felinfach, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness that support our manufacturing operation. Working across production areas, you will be responsible for cleaning processing equipment and production lines to the required standards, helping departments achieve hygiene targets and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills by providing cover for intake duties when required, supporting the safe and efficient receipt of raw materials and ingredients into the site.
About You
You enjoy working in a hands-on role and take pride in maintaining high standards. You're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of hygiene and food safety within a manufacturing environment.
You communicate well with colleagues, take ownership of your responsibilities, and have a positive, can-do attitude. You're someone who enjoys being part of a team and is always willing to learn and develop new skills.

What You Will Bring
- A strong focus on hygiene, food safety, and Health & Safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work across different areas of the site
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
- Basic computer literacy
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A willingness to learn new processes and develop technical knowledge
- HACCP awareness, Dairy Hygiene certification, IOSH Working Safely qualification, or a Fork Lift Truck License would be advantageous, but are not essential for the right candidate.
