The company is offering an exceptional opportunity as an Operator I in Manufacturing. Join our world-class team in Perth, UK.
What You'll Do
- Perform manufacturing tasks with detailed execution and strict adherence to safety protocols
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
- Perform simple maintenance and Report malfunctioning equipment immediately to Supervisor or Lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards
- Work cooperatively and efficiently with coworkers in all departments with little supervision to achieve team, department and company goals

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Understanding of contamination prevention and cleanliness
- Teamwork and effective communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow both written and/or verbal English communications
- Other desired qualities include:

- Willing to learn new processes
- Adaptable and flexible
