Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines inline with production requirements.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet good quality standards and specifications according to the feature charts.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and be confident using measuring equipment.
- Report all faults, defects and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to fault find.
