We are currently recruiting for an Operator Recruiter to join one of our well-established clients in London.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience within construction, plant hire, logistics, or infrastructure would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working closely with operational teams and candidates.
- A driven and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Someone who can build strong relationships with candidates, depot managers, and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A results-focused approach with the ability to manage competing recruitment requirements.
- An understanding of plant operators, construction, or similar operational recruitment would be highly desirable.
