PREMESSA
L’ATER di Verona rende noto che a far data dal 28.02.2023, in attuazione alla Delibera del Consiglio d'Amministrazione n. 9/17245 del 17.02.2023 ed al fine di conformarsi all'utilizzo del portale e-procurement Appalti&Contratti, ha emanato l'AVVISO PUBBLICO N. 3757 DEL 28.02.2023 per la formazione di un elenco telematico aperto di operatori economici qualificati per l’affidamento dei lavori di MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA, PRONTO INTERVENTO, STRAORDINARIA E RIATTO ALLOGGI SFITTI di importo inferiore a 150.000 - art. 1 c. 2 lett a) D.L 76 come modificato dall’art 51 D.L. 77/2021 in deroga all’art 36 D.Lgs 50/2016 ed adottato il nuovo REGOLAMENTO PER FORMAZIONE E GESTIONE TELEMATICA DELL’ELENCO DI OPERATORI ECONOMICI PER L’AFFIDAMENTO DEI LAVORI DI MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA, PRONTO INTERVENTO, STRAORDINARIA E RIATTO ALLOGGI SFITTI DI IMPORTO INFERIORE A € 150.000,00 - art. 1 c. 2 lett a) D.L 76 come modificato dall’art 51 D.L. 77/2021 in deroga all’art 36 D.Lgs 50/2016 (in esecuzione del Regolamento adottato con deliberazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Azienda in data 23/11/2021 n. 2/17040 e approvato con deliberazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Azienda in data 22/02/2022 n. 4/17081).
