Security Guard Position Location: TCS Oakhanger, GU35 9JE

Key Responsibilities You’ll take ownership of key operational tasks, including:
- Conducting patrols, escorting, vehicle checks, and bag searches
- Operating CCTV and site security systems
- Responding to changing threat levels at both Home Office and MOD Counter Terrorism Response levels
- Acting as the first line of defence, supporting site security operations
- Liaising with on-site security teams and external agencies
- Ensuring adherence to contract KPIs, local procedures, risk, and safety compliance standards
Essential Requirements To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Ability to hold or obtain an SC (Security Check) clearance
- A Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence (or commitment to training)
- A valid UK Full Manual Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- UK citizenship or eligible visa/passport status
