Do you want to join a collaborative and award-winning business which is transforming governance through cutting-edge technology?
Kube is Kuberno’s unique entity governance platform. It provides a definitive source of truth for entity data and streamlines multi-team enterprise-wide management of entities. (A limited company is just one type of “entity” … just in case you were wondering! But don’t worry if you didn’t know that – we love sharing our knowledge and experience of entity data and can get you up to speed in no time!).
As an established disruptor to the market our global customer base continues to expand at pace. We are now looking for an Operations Specialist in the Risk and Compliance space to support our programme of security and governance accreditations and associated audit standards, coupled with our policy and risk management framework.
Operations is a central, collaborative function that supports all teams across the business, to ensure that we meet our aims and that our customers get a standout experience.
In this role, every day is different; from learning new skills to supporting our continuous improvement programme, to managing risks and our information security accreditations, this role will suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, curious, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll bring energy and ownership to your work while building strong relationships across the business. So being a self-starter, highly motivated and wanting to be part of the team culture is key.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

"Nice to haves"
We work with governance professionals from all kinds of organisations who want to modernise how governance is done. An interest in governance and how technology can support the Company Secretary role would be helpful, but it’s by no means essential. Also, a natural interest in technology and developing practices in international compliance frameworks and practices would be helpful.
We welcome candidates who are comfortable using and exploring AI tools, such as Claude or native agents within products such as Monday.com, to create process efficiencies
Location
This is a UK-based, primarily remote home-based role. Applicants must be UK residents and able to travel for team and business meetings as required.
