And once you’ve found your feet as an Optical Assistant, you won’t just have to stop there. We have plenty of professional training and development in other business areas, as well as the support of experienced Opticians and Technicians supporting you on your journey. Our store
Located in the popular Cribbs Causeway shopping destination, this Specsavers store offers a busy and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. The store benefits from high footfall and a diverse customer base, providing excellent opportunities to develop your skills and gain valuable experience. You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and helping people find solutions to meet their eye and hearing care needs. The store is easily accessible, with free on-site parking available and excellent public transport links, including regular bus services connecting Cribbs Causeway to Bristol city centre and surrounding areas. Its convenient location within one of the South West's most popular retail hubs makes it an ideal workplace for both customers and colleagues alike.

If you’ve got all these skills, we’d love for you to apply, but there’s also some desirable experience that could set you apart from the competition if you have it. This includes:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics or Audiology business
- Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
