Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time on-site role for an Optical Assistant at Fox Brothers Styling Opticians located in Didsbury, Manchester. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent communication, and supporting the optometry team with various tasks.

- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Optometry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
