Optical & Hearing Assistant – Cobham
Salary: £25,348 FTE + Bonus | Full Time | 5 days a week: Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays and a day off in the week.

The Role
As an Optical & Hearing Assistant, you are the face of our Cobham boutique — the first impression, the warm welcome, guiding customers through a tailored experience. You’ll receive full training in some of our diagnostic tools and team members will be on hand for support, giving you the confidence to deliver an informed service. You’ll also have the opportunity to help customers choose from designer eyewear and feel fabulous. They’ll leave us feeling seen, heard and delighted.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves building great relationships with customers and making them feel valued
- Would like the opportunity to positively impact people’s vision and hearing, working with high quality products
- Has a polished, professional yet friendly approach.
- Has experience of providing great customer service, e.g. retail or hospitality
- A passion for helping people look and feel their best.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prepared to travel to a centre of excellence for a 4-6 week induction.
