Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Optician to join our new Shop opening in Manchester. This experienced individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate strong knowledge of Optics to interpret prescriptions and recommend appropriate lens solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including clear communication and a helpful, professional demeanour.
- Ensure an appropriate customer experience in the MOSCOT style; identify potential clients and improve conversion rate.
- Attention to detail in measurements, record-keeping, and product handling, with strong organizational skills.
- Guarantee the best retail experience to our customers and patients by dispensing warmth, courtesy and expertise; ensure that the 110+ year old, five generational, authentic brand story is consistently and constantly delivered.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate is:
- A qualified Dispensing Optician
- Available to work full-time, on shifts, including weekends
- Can work as a team player as well as an individual contributor
- Detail oriented, organized and target driven
- Embraces challenges and learning new skills
- Thrives in an energetic environment.
